OtterVSolid goldThis podcast is great listening, informative and full of actionable methods for mobility and flexibility. I found Emmet’s videos years ago on YouTube and have always appreciated his generosity in sharing useful knowledge. I love the Handstand Factory too and would love to take one of his in person workshops. Thank you!

BobbyV108More gold from the wizard himself.Emmet is a mobility wizard. Learn from him. He is a fountain of knowledge. I could write more but it wouldn’t matter because you should be listening now!

David in Carmel, NYMy hero…I could listen to Emmet Louis talk flexibility all day! After decades of pursuing martial arts with little to no gains in flexibility (and a lot of discomfort along the way), I have learned that my frustrating lack of progress has been based on poor practice and limited understanding of proper training principles. Emmet is largely responsible for that understanding. There is no one who is more generous with their knowledge of flexibility than Emmet. You can find his work all over the internet…on YouTube, Reddit, etc. Here in this podcast Emmet adds another resource for frustrated “range seekers.” Thank you, Splits Wizard, for this entertaining and educational program. You have maintained my optimism that there is more growth to be had. I only wish you were around when I was fifteen!
