Big fan of Jake and his poker knowledge. Nate groveling for backers, free places to stay and inviting himself to poker players houses is embarrassing. Also, Nate’s poker results do not match his bravado.

It’s more entertainment value than anything. Don’t expect ground break analysis. Jake and Mitzy are great and add value. Nate, not so much….I’d lobby to remove him entirely. It’s a bit comical that the other hosts hardly ever agree with him on any of his views. 3/5.

Nate and Jake started something great and then got canceled. Came back stronger w/ smitty and mintzy.

90% of the show is spent on unrelated topics. The show also has no structure. The Host Nate doesn’t keep up with current tournaments and events in Poker, so it doesn’t report real Poker news. Their best assets are co-hosts Jake Toole and Mintzy, but they both consistently don’t make the show. It then becomes a 1-hour convo about Nate and Smitty personal lives. If you’re trying to get into poker, you are better off listening to Solve 4 Y podcast “Only Friends”. They actually have a planned out show on a daily basis.

Podcast is the equivalent of the owner of the business: crusty, outdated, and short. But don’t take my word for it. Look up Portnnoying’s height and it says 5’10” but many have confirmed he’s more like 5’6”. Call his bluff and he will fold. So in sum, the podcast is awful and so is Portnnoying.

I heard about smitty and Nate’s deep run in the main on poker go’s podcast coverage of the main. I tuned into them and it is my new favorite podcast. They have great guest, good strategy, and keep poker fun. It gives me hope that a fish like me may become a profitable player at some point in my life lol. Keep up the great work and push for a barstool sports poker tour!

This podcast has a great mix of the fun and lighthearted attitude that comes with playing poker and the in depth strategy side of the game as well. The guests that come on rarely disappoint.

Quickly has become my favorite podcast to listen to. The boys offer a good balance between all the fun poker has to offer with good interviews and quality poker content as well. Keep up the great work.

I’ve tried multiple times whenever they get a guest I want to listen to but I can never get to the end of the episodes. The hosts don’t know how to interview and it is straight up a tough listen

Main dude is unlistenable, which is a bummer because great guests and other guys are great.

Awesome podcast for the average poker player. Amazing Guess on the show. Makes you feel like you’re one of the guys hanging out talking after a session.

They just aren’t very good at poker. I heard Mintz is okay but he is offset by the rest of them

Great barstool content, it’s nice to be able to hear some poker talk and strategies while enjoying some humor. Also, smitty has a huge dong, Nate is not balding, mintz is the king of Mississippi ( even tho he is late to shows cause he’s “ popular “ )

Nate consistently showing why he’s the most insufferable person at Barstool. Would rather listen to, quite literally, anything else.

Was great with just Nate and Jake talking poker but now it’s 90% barstool drama stories. Not sure this should be a poker podcast anymore but it was a good run.

Highly entertaining group of guys. They always get top tier interviews lined up. I do wish they would revisit poker strategy like they do in some of the earlier episodes.

Jake is such a hidden gem, really smart and even-keeled dude that makes for a great listen. Have learned a lot from him. Nate adds some wildcard value and spices things up, although I could do without all the angsty depressed talk. Mintz and Smitty great additions and they land stellar interviews. Overall a great pod.

All I have to say is Smitty needs to go, which is saying a lot when the Nate dog is involved

Great personality contrast. Usually funny. It’s a hang, they’re not comedians. My only negative criticism is that they can roll through poker hands using vocabulary that is hard to follow if they are in the background. It’s not like they’re speaking another language, but it can be a tough short hand if you’re not paying attention.

Love poker, everyone else is good, but add me to the list that just can’t stand Nate. I’m not sure I’ve ever listened to someone less self aware, it’s just brutal

From someone who loves the game and has been playing for 12 years, 5 stars easy. You guys are a fun balance of poker theory and hysterical stories, keep It up!

Smitty has a big weiner

Listening to Nate defend his horrific play at the World Series, to have him be involved in anything related to poker again- I can’t. If he was removed from this show- I would pay $20 a month subscription for this show. If he stays I wouldn’t recommend this show to anyone. Done

Can’t wait for WSOP

Waste of time. Listen to the Kirk Minihane Show instead.

Haters gonna hate but this show takes the serious out of poker talk at the table.

The only poker podcast I listen to. Great insight and entertainment. Feels like I’m one of the guys! Nate is only a 7.5/10 looks wise though. Not even an 8

This show would be awesome just smitty and mitzy. Nate is just awful and insufferable. I gave it my best and honest shot. Maybe next time around fellas!

I’m a 26 year old amateur and absolutely love this show, I don’t understand why Nate is being hated on so much, I think he gives a hilarious and honest perspective of the amateur and Jake is so humbly fricken sick. Keep the pod going boys we’re rooting for you!!!

Great listen. A perfect mix of classic barstool and real poker knowledge. Best guest in the poker community you could ask for. Lot of cool stories from the boys. Great listen while grinding some 1-2.
