    Bite sized yoga treasure!!
    What a great resource! The quality of the content is incredible, free and accessible for families. I love that this is short enough for my 6 year old’s attention span, and can be done anywhere. The pacing and rich language make it easy to follow. The host’s voice is so soothing, too!

    Exactly what my son needed
    My 4 year old has been having a really difficult time lately, and I found this podcast when searching for “kids podcasts about big feelings.” We’ve been doing some of the episodes together at night before he goes to bed, and they help uplift, inspire, calm, and build his agency while being short enough to keep his attention. It’s been incredible sharing these with him, and he even excitedly asks to do yoga now at bedtime. I am so grateful for these, and I sincerely hope the host continues making bite-sized yoga adventures so he and I can keep taking them together.

    My kids (7 and 2) both love this podcast! So wonderful to be able to do yoga at home without turning on a screen. The kids especially love the relaxing sounds and music.
