Recorded at the online ACA Tuesday Zoombox meeting and based on the ACA Tuesday Toolbox meeting in Brooklyn, NY. Adult Children of Alcoholics & Dysfunctional Families (ACA) is a Twelve Step, Twelve Tradition program of people who meet to share our experience of growing up in an environment where abuse, neglect, and trauma infected us. I love this podcast and am grateful to those of you who do the service to create and release it. It’s my “meeting between meetings” and really helps ground and calm me. What a gift! My only request is that some of the speakers sound far away or their audio sounds muffled. Perhaps having a list of requirements to give speakers to ensure clearer audio would help. Thank you again!
