    Missing Dennis & Brent
I was sorry to hear that Dennis and Brent would be leaving the podcast. The earlier episodes were nice blends of appreciating audio equipment, while casting a skeptical eye towards marketing of audiophilia. As with other audiophile podcasts, the podcast is now more about allowing audio companies to market their equipment and for Soundstage to maintain access to those companies. I was disappointed that the new host didn't ask the owner of Wilson Audio about the controvery behind their Loke subwoofer. The host could have asked Wilson how the Loke improved upon the Dayton Audio plate amplifier. I will miss Dennis and Brent. Their integrity is why they continue to work for respected news organizations.

    Very Enjoyable Format
Really enjoying the format of the show - talking about current events and other things in the audio world. Well informed, laid back hosts with lots of experience; they are concise and stick to the point. Highly recommended if you are into audio!

    Faaaaantastic
Been looking for an audiophile podcast that feels accessible for those of us who just want to dip our toes into the cool, cool waters of sound. Both hosts are awesome and love that they really dig into different topics. All-around AMAZING podcast and can’t recommend it enough as someone who usually only sticks to true crime. 🙃

    Unlistenable
Why do all home theater/audiophile podcasts have to have the one guy that 1- laughs at every single thing said by anybody, including himself, and including things that weren’t meant to be funny? And 2- talks like the 90’s era shock jocks, over-enunciating everything as if it makes him sound intelligent ? Made it through 1 1/2 episodes, but the guy described above should stick to print.

    Trashing other Audiophile Reviewers
They feel the need to trash other audiophile reviewers. …”Two old guys in a echo chamber…”. Jealous of other reviewers success. Just turn your mic off and go home.

    Deep Dive and Great Guys
Have you ever wondered about the Who and the What behind those experts at the Wirecutter or how those thoughtful choices for the best speakers for your home setup are made? Just me? This is a deep dive into the thought process behind those expert opinions. Done with wit, humor, and a little sass to boot. Dennis and Brent have the knowledge, the history, and the amazing chemistry needed to keep you engaged. And maybe you will learn a little bit too. Again, just me? Am I the only neophyte about audio?? While maintaining their expertise in the profession, they make all things “sound” approachable.
