This Queer Book Saved My Life!

Fans of On Being and Los Culturistas love this 2024 GLAAD Media Award nominee for Outstanding Podcast. Featuring Carmen Maria Machado, Alison Bechdel, Jennifer Finney Boylan, Greg Louganis, Becky Albertalli, and so many more, guests from across the rainbow tell these authors how their books helped them overcome alienation, gender dysphoria, familial homophobia, and being outed. My new favorite podcast
Such an interesting concept-a great listen for queer conversation but also for book discovery. I’m a bit picky about audio quality in my podcasts (I hate when one voice is louder or softer and I have to keep adjusting the volume) but this is smooth and easy on the ears as well as having excellent content.

    Outstanding New Queer Podcast
This Queer Book Saved My Life is an amazing listen from the very first episode. The show, hosted by J.P’s and his rich and kind voice, is a dynamic discussion between a featured author and guest. It is an engaging and thought provoking dialogue. Subscribing will definitely expand your reading list with quality queer literature to explore! This podcast is an outstanding much-desired addition to the queer podcast landscape. I look forward, with anticipation and excitement, for new episodes.
