Great podcast - honest, detailed, and practical. Aarthi and Sriram always have multiple perspectives on solo topics they discuss and topics they dive into with guests. I love that they are super real, ask great questions, and don’t shy away from offering hot takes. It’s awesome to continue seeing them so committed to providing value. 10/10

I have learned what seems like a lifetime of knowledge from Aarthi and Sriram. About investing, operating, the inevitable ups and downs of startup life, about career transitions, being ambitious while raising a family, you name it! I consider them huge mentors and their podcast has an scarily incredibly wide range of thinkers and builders. Can’t recommend more!

I eagerly await this podcast every week, and at one point, I almost sent a message to Sriram inquiring about the absence of an episode for two weeks.

Love the show so much. Their thorough research on their guest, their genuine questions and the dad jokes. It’s such a fine balance to keep the conversation on topic and yet humorous, and Aarthi and Sriram manage it so well.

The hosts insights are amazing! Arthi is fierce! Topics and the guests are very relevant to the current scenario.

Aarthi and Sriram hit it out if the park with these honest, thought provoking interviews with some of the greatest minds across tech (and even entertainment). Sriram and Aarthi themselves have such great insights across range of topics that adds to the fun. Challenge : Dare folks to listen Sriram speak at 1.5X (Jk. Tons of wisdom and knowledge coming by default at 1.5X is never a bad thing!)

A few days ago, I listed to the episode with Brian, Marc, and Steven, and here I am now… I just got an itch to listen to another episode! The episode with those three guests was so good that I left a review, as I felt super inspired, entertained, and encouraged. I’m not sure if that first review went through, but after watching another episode, and enjoying it just as much as the first one, I wanted to leave another review! Hopefully it works this time! This time, I watched the first episode! I enjoyed the first few minutes where you both opened up about your intent behind the show, how you both are at a cool point where you have a solid foundation, and now love using your voices and stories to help other people! I really like what Mark said about hill-finding mode vs hill climbing mode, and i thought that was super insightful, as we truly are in one of the most opportune times to be hill finding and climbing! In my previous review, I broke down some really cool quotes that Mark mentioned, and this episode had just as many incredible moments, I could literally fill a page. I totally connect with what Mark said about great entrepreneurs and how they are the absolute best at successfully running through “idea mazes,” and how its through this process of rapid reflection and iteration that great things are created. I had a moment of relief when listening to that, as I realized that perfectly describes my journey! I feel very understood! Just like last episode, the banter you two have with your guests is absolutely hilarious. This type of banter is incredibly engaging and makes the audience feel included in the conversation. Your questions are perfectly crafted to open up your guests, which makes the episodes incredibly interesting, as we get to hear the great thoughts inside of the guests’ heads! I learned a lot about social dynamics from this episode, and now I have a new book recommendation from Mark! What Mark said about how memes “colonize”, similar to what is described in "the selfish gene" book was super interesting, I like these random tid bits of fun-filled chats! To further that point from earlier, Mark mentioned that when you successfully go through that “idea maze”, you eventually reach a point where your creation is, as he described it, “so good that they can’t ignore you.” And I really empathized with that, and it gave me a lot of relief and excitement. I totally agree with that mindset in business, if you keep iterating and continually crafting your innovation into something of more and more value, you eventually reach a point where you know with your whole heart that your innovation will be accepted, and that everything will now pay off. And that’s when you know you’ve done your job! AND I TOTALLY agree with what Mark said about how the best entrepreneurs have a perfectly well balanced mix of ego/ego-less... He described it this way… “I have the ego to think I can build something new, and I also have the humility to actually learn from the process and learn as I go." I totally agree with that, and especially when someone is rooted with the maximum amount of determination, courage, and being willing to push forward even when things are hard, they will always find success. I’m truly enjoying this podcast, and will keep tuning in! And for anyone who is looking to add another business podcast to your rotation, Aarthi and Sriram’s Good Time Show is perfect for you. Especially if you are looking for smiles and laughs while you learn!

Aarthi and Sriram get (1) the best guests and (2) ask them the real questions we want to know! You get to learn the real side of people you only read about in articles.

It is simple and straightforward and extremely needed for anyone at any level. To reframe and structure when you take up a new job or role. Both of them come from tech background and pass the ‘real talk’ and optimistic. Do yourself a favor and listen to it :-)

This by far my favorite podcast. I’ve been a fan of good time show since it’s first launch on clubhouse. Each episode is like taking a college class and like learning something you never new you needed to know.. I highly recommend.. Just do as they say — it worked out pretty well for me!!!
