Up coming rule change

I am not a member and I have not hunted competition but wanted to get in to it in the coming fall so all the rule talks are a lot of help just wish thy would stop assuming that everyone understands the rules but my main concern is with the rule change allowing thermo cameras I understand that it’s cool and easy to use thy cost alot of money for a dog hand held collar lead you are at $2000 just to show up now you want to add $1500 to that an you talk about youth hunting the rich kids will win everything and the pore kids will not be able to even show up if this rule go in to effect it will be with no regards to the kids
