Top 5 learning experiences of my life
As a freshman podcaster, I enjoyed an incomparable experiential learning process as we developed and launched this podcast with the hope in mind to encourage and equip parents and mentors of kids and teens navigating today’s world. Praying the conversations continue at home and in the classroom. He has equipped you for this most excellent work of discipleship. SDG Kelsey Reed.

So good to hear the podcast about disabilities
I could so relate to all that was said in regards to people with disabilities. I do not have a disabled child but I am caregiver to my beloved husband with early onset Alzheimer’s. I can not imagine depending on a world view or what the medical field offers to live out our days. We cling to Christ. There is a path through this that is both sanctifying and glorifying to God. My husband is precious and our marriage if a gift from God. We live each day celebrating what he still has as an opportunity to praise God and encourage others. Yes, it is hard but redeemed. Thanks for your podcast.

    Incredibly thought provoking
I am so grateful for your podcast. You are helping me learn to think more about my own thinking . I hope to become better at guiding the young people I have influence with to truly allow their faith to frame their thinking through your insights , perspectives and resources. Thank you !

Thank you for this timely episode!
I have five teens in the house and one that’s headed towards a committed relationship and one that’s not too far behind that one. One of the other young adults involved is from a different tradition, and that has made it a little more difficult.

    Thoughtful, challenging, and encouraging
This is one of my current favorite podcasts. The discussion from the hosts helps me connect biblical understanding to culture and current events. I walk away challenged and encouraged and much better equipped to steward my kids hearts and minds on these issues. Keep up the great work!

    The Best!
I found this podcast through parenting with Ginger Hubbard. These two podcasts are seriously the best and the only two you need to help in biblical parenting. May God bless y’all and your work!

Great for teachers! love this podcast!!
Thank you, Kelsey and Jonathon, for a discerningly measured approach to so many difficult cultural topics. I am excited about the SOAR method and about learning all sorts of pedagogical tools for my own high school classroom! Love from Sumter, SC Molly Matthews

    Thoughtful and grounding
It’s easy to get flustered about current events. The hosts of this podcast are calming and thoughtful and make a point of framing topics in relation to what God says about the world he created. This show helps me to stay grounded when my inclination is to get carried away.

    Very thoughtfully communicated.
The restatement of the biblical worldview that Kelsey and Jonathan are bringing to bare on recent cultural events is both thoughtful, refreshing and much needed. It is also courageous and professional. We will continue to listen.

Well paced, well spoken, informative on good topics
The hosts do such a great job thoroughly discussing the topics in a way that is informative and helpful for a parent like myself who has so many questions

    Very helpful
This podcast is full of current data related to what our children are thinking, feeling and doing. All this is put alongside God’s word, giving parents and those who teach children a scriptural basis for how to respond. Highly recommended!

    Thoughtful, accessible, relevant!
Really appreciate the level of depth and the selection of topics—helping me reflect on important topics that are already on my mind! Thank you!

    Passing along wisdom
Now a parent of adults, and recently a grandparent of their own children, I find my role can become muddied or even overlooked. Thank you for passing along humble, careful observations about significant cultural topics! God’s world requires His wisdom, not mere caricatures of relevance and information-based arguments. By going deep, you are challenging malleable minds to wisely go where our hearts belong: in reverent awe and worship of our Creator God, to the praise of His glory!

    Much needed. Much appreciated
So much going on in the world right now that can create fear around bringing up children and how to shield or prepare them for things going on. Loving these discussions and ideas of discussion/application into our lives with children. I highly recommend especially for homeschooling families working through news and issues of today!

    Amazing meaningful conversations
Concurrent seems to be willing to dig into the hard questions of our culture and society in order to better prepare families to grow in the wisdom and knowledge of God. They have tackled some really interesting subject so far. But what is the one subject that no one will talk about? Will they handle that one? You know, the one about the supernatural. That not every voice in my head is mine! How do we help our kids understand that they are not just a physical being, but also a spiritual being? One that is influenced scriptures, say, by the world, the flesh and the Devil…. But also by the Holy Spirit. How do we understand the importance of relationships in contrast to autonomy? Here’s the gauntlet being thrown down concurrently. How deep will you really go?

    So. Very. Good
I listened to both new podcasts this weekend. Had already been doing some thinking about influencers and the role of social media in our lives…Kelsey breathed fresh words into my thoughts and helped me move from merely thinking to being proactive - first in my own life, and next in conversations with my kids moving forward. What an excellent podcast and what a gift to us as parents and educators! I look forward to the next installment! This is so well worth a good listen!

    Excellent stuff for Christian parents
Wonderful, calm feeling to this. Tells you not what to think but how to think clearly. Great, non-anxious resource for parents or teachers in these days of dizzying amounts of news.

    A breath of fresh air
Just listened to the first two episodes and really appreciate the tone and approach. (Pro-tip: The podcast is a great resource for parents and it’s from the same folks who make these 3 excellent magazines for kids—God's Big WORLD, WORLDkids, and WORLDteen)
