This pod got me through my pre-season 2 rewatch of season 1. This TV show can get so bleak and gutting and it doesn’t let up even on a rewatch. But then I can turn these guys on and hear them talk about how grubby it all was and it renews my will to live. Looking forward to the pod hopefully returning with season 2!

I’ve been obsessed with the last of us since I played the game upon it’s release and I tried to consume as much content as possible when the show dropped. I tried multiple podcasts that recapped the last of us and this one quickly became my favorite! Very funny, light humor, cheeky! Favorite part was the Dawn of the Wolf debacle. 😁😁

The boys are at it again. Great time listening to them from across the world. A more light hearted and in-depth take on a great series. Filthy Casuals has been a favorite of mine for a few years and it’s great they’re able to bring that same good time to this.

I started watching the show because of this podcast, and am so glad I did. Can’t recommend both highly enough

Would 100% recommend this podcast. Obviously if your a fan of their video game podcast you’ll want to watch but even for newcomers this is a great mix of discussion of the show as if you don’t know the video game and then getting the pleasure of diving deeper with game knowledge at the end. Definitely check it out!

Enjoy the breakdown of each scene with a bit of humor thrown in. I will say I think you may have missed the meaning of what happened during the interaction between the Clicker and Tess and why she wasn’t torn apart or bit. My read on that was the clicker knew or sensed that she’s already been infected with the Cordyceps fungi and this is their way of connecting to her. 🤯 Fantastic listen and look forward to your breakdown going forward! Great chemistry, these folks are hilarious! Additionally I much prefer the scene by scene breakdown that follows the way it happens in the show. A really easy follow and great companion to the show.
