the ridiculous brunetteWhy did I wait so long to list?!This podcast, especially knowingSarah’s traumatic story from season 1 of something was wrong ( highly recommend !) there are other podcasts with the same concept , but been following Sarah since discovering her story from a co-worker back in 2020 it really was binge worthy. This podcast is so good and well done to give victims dignity . Keep it coming gets me through my gym sessions, cleaning and my commute. Great job!

KariAynSomethings Wrong podcastI haven’t finished the podcast, but listening to you speak, I can hear you're a bright star. I’m so sorry a man as manipulative as he is was able to fool someone as smart, kind, beautiful, morally good as you. The part about your dog made me wanna strangle him. Your sister was awesome! And your mom and dad. All the best.

RCPW214SawyerSawyer wanted to talk about her drama and coming out which is fine but not the community this show has served. Sawyer has no accountability, regardless of anything else she was going through, you are still accountable for your actions. Come on Sara! This is NOTHING about the bravery of a victim sharing their story!

69 CommandoYou rock!Beauty, poise and intelligence, you have it all! Your stories are from the heart and have helped me get through some very difficult times with my brain injury. I have had people say how lucky I am because I don’t have to work anymore. I had a life and now I have nothing. I pray the rosary for Christ to take my life. Your podcast has helped lift my spirits so I can enjoy my my grandchildren. I came out of a coma just before my 40th birthday . Thank hope you find as much fulfillment with your child as I have with mine prior to my injury.

jennbill1996Wow, SawyerAiring stories like hers really cheapen and lessen what could be a very important and validating podcast. And I get that it’s not a contest to see who suffered the most trauma or who was the biggest victim, etc. But, nothing to see here. The lack of self awareness and accountability in more than one of these episodes is mindblowing. If you’re cheating on your husband before and during the marriage, maybe pipe down that he left you on a deflating air mattress or argued about his claim to your Apple Watch. Get a clue, Sawyer. Grow up.

Liyah N. G.The best podcastSo thankful for Sara’s story as well as her giving others a voice. Hearing all these people come forward and share their stories is so brave and encouraging for others! You can do hard things!!!

CeebeedeebDripping with Religious HypocrisyIt’s beyond frustrating that none of these people, including the host, acknowledge how the very religions they follow are likely the main contributor of their situations! Recurrent themes run through each of these stories: purity culture, submission to the husband, fear of judgement of other parishioners, overall naivety due to lack “worldly” experience. The lack of verbalized insight on this subject is infuriating. However, I did rate highly as I did consume the whole show.

Rdvorak49I want to love itI love Sara’s voice and the format and I really want to love this podcast. So far, it’s hit or miss with some of these stories. Sawyer is the latest one that left me scratching my head and trying to figure out why she was the “victim”. She was just as manipulative to Ryan and Madison. She said Ryan even asked her if she wanted to continue and she stayed in it. It definitely didn’t need two episodes and I fast forwarded (is that a word??) through most of it trying to figure out what the actual deal was thinking there was going to be some huge betrayal, but no, just young people making dumb decisions like the majority of the population when we are learning to be adults. Very disappointing episodes.

NorthCmomRed Flag stories from Red Flag peopleSarah is super sweet and kind and empathetic- but these stories are just becoming a collection of people who themselves have many red flags. I found myself repeatedly saying “Well yes, I would also react that way if they said this and did this to me” I had so many face palm moments when that person was so clearly in a position they could’ve stopped at any moment and time after so many red flags such a repeating cheating and they would continue to see that person - quite frankly more than half these people put themselves in a situation that very very clearly could’ve been prevented. I am a very empathetic and loving person, and so very rarely write reviews but it’s just at that point that I can’t even listen to these podcasts without asking why they weee interviewed in the first place. Wishing all the best to Sarah, as you have truly endured something heartbreaking and unexpected and thankful you are trying to help others or hear others that have gone through painful relationships and are now trying to warn others - sadly so far these stories are almost at the point of the view of the red flag people themselves.

000hanshay000greatwell done podcast! lots of emotional integrity, well thought out, produced. Not gossipy or trite- just thoughtful, empathic and relatable.

WallerBabyDisappointingThis pod started out okay. But this latest episode with ‘Lucy’ felt far too familiar. It’s disgusting that she has the audacity to judge and condemn women for doing the exact same crap she was. She says they ‘have their head in the sand’, ‘tail tucked between their legs’, ‘are a lost cause’ and then also is super judgmental about the ex wife and how she cares for her children. “Well I would be a mama bear and protect MY kids” uh, no idiot, you subjected your kid to that same crap too. So much petty drama and back and forth with this loser of a guy, it’s like Lucy was thriving on the drama. Y’all are only together two years and in couples therapy? She should have ended way way before that, what a dingbat. What a great example you’re setting for your daughter. Zero accountability was taken and the judgement on other women in the same situation made me laugh out loud. Not listening to this pod anymore if it’s going to go down down this path. REAL victim stories are important but the stupid drama with zero accountability is not worth listening to.
-
BuckityStrange Side StepI have found this podcast entertaining and well done. The recent episode where a man is celebrated for taking no responsibility for birth control, impregnating a “crazy” woman, then refusing to pay any child support because she didn’t text him back is extremely off putting in the context of the other episodes.
-
FRob76Validation In Every EpisodeRight from the opening music, I feel soothed and understood. There is not one ounce of judgement in this podcast. Thank you for giving people this platform to learn and heal!
-
tayurbanA favorite for sure!Such a fan! Sara feels like a non judgy friend who you can tell anything to
-
howell718These stories are so important!I fell in love with Sarah when she was on Something Was Wrong and I’m so happy she’s sharing other people’s stories too. And I LOVE that she is also including damaging friend and family dynamics and not just focusing on romantic relationships.

Sage0019Last Episode was InappropriateI look forward to this podcast every week! But this last episode, I found to be incredibly inappropriate. I was especially turned off when Mia started making public statements about Hillary's mental health…especially considering the fact she is not a licensed therapist. I found that to be tacky and unethical.
-
lryan502Favorite podcastThis has quickly become my very favorite podcast. Thank you for doing such an amazing job telling these stories!

JmcgoughnyLoved it until this last episode.I was really loving the pod until this last episode. I thought it was so bizarre for this girl to come on and just share an hour’s worth of text fights between her and her step sister. We’ve all fought with our siblings or family; and nothing the step sister did seemed that bad beyond just being a generally difficult person. I actually ended the episode feeling so bad for the Hilary that her step sister came on a public podcast to air out their entire history like that. So petty and gossipy. I will continue to support and listen, but hopefully there won’t be more episodes like this, because it was just strange and didn’t come off right at all compared to the other episodes. I wouldn’t dream of coming on a pod and complaining about my brother for an hour just because he’s mean and difficult some times. It’s not the same as being groomed and abused by a man, or examples of other strong episodes this pod had.

grit.a.n.d.graceLove Sara and this podcastI first heard Sara’s story on SWW and like true “true crimer” found her on Instagram 😂♥️ I’ve recommended her story to so many people who deal with narcissists, it’s so eye opening. I’ve been loving her podcast so far… I have a minor in psychology and the behavior that is portrayed in these interviews has always fascinated me. Can’t wait for more!
-
Mikaela ToddLove this podcast!I found this podcast after listening to Sarah’s story on something was wrong, it’s so up lifting to hear where she is now and the impact she’s having on others now! Im obsessed with this podcast
-
DevorahLeahSuch important content!Sara offers guests a platform to talk about their toxic relationships. Red flags they did or didn’t see, patterns of destructive behavior, gaslighting, physical and/or emotional abuse, and more. It is so validating to hear people’s stories and to know you’re not alone— or to better be able to recognize warning signs in future relationships! While not an expert, Sara’s personal experiences makes her podcast that much more impactful. She always makes sure to end each episode by focusing on the path of healing and recovery, which is so important and different for everyone. Be sure to follow her podcast as each guest trusts Sara with their own story of vulnerability and abuse.
-
Bamamom2023Love this podcast!!!Sara, I first heard your story on SWW. You’re a great storyteller and interviewer. So glad you’ve started your own podcast. All of these stories are so enthralling! Addendum: Ana from NC- this Chad guy is a total psycho manipulator. He groomed you and your entire family. I feel sorry for this young lady but it’s really hard to listen to his shenanigans without needing to throat punch him. She needed to let him out on the bridge and call his bluff. I’m not even done listening to it but OMG! Get out girl!
-

Love, nurture, createHealingJust listened to Elle’s story and heard so many similarities to my own. KelsiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiLove love love this!As a podcaster just starting out, I want you to know that this is amazing! You’re doing an awesome job! Loved these stories so far! I’m glad your giving more access to space for people to be validated in their experiences! Please keep going! One piece of constructive criticism would be that I wish the second story would have stayed more linear with the timeline. At some point she was jumping back and forth between K and T and I don’t feel we got a clear explanation of how she got out. Regardless, I learned a lot from her story. I am a SWW fan and would like to say something you do different than Tiffany that I love is that you speak with the guest throughout the entire episode and help them make sense of things, ask questions and give insight into things they may not have thought about! Love it! I’ll shout you out on my pods page! 💜 Here We Grow

pkcmomWonderful Podcast for young women everywhereI have been following Sara since listening to her story on Something was Wrong and was so happy to hear that she was launching her own podcast. Her empathetic demeanor and careful approach to her weekly interviews keeps me coming back to each new episode. Her goal to bring forth knowledge and insight into how seemingly wonderful relationships quickly become toxic to young women is such important work. As a parent of grown children, I do understand there is a time in young women’s lives when advice from Mom can fall on deaf ears. These stories disseminated to young women will hopefully get them to see the red flags and respond sooner. These messages have the ability to save lives. Her work is very important to young women today!
-
