    Something has happened!
I’ll be honest, when I saw Gig Pigs pop up in the you may like this section after listening to an episode of Off Menu, I thought … “oh not another Taskmaster alum adding to the never ending supply of podcasts”. I ignored the initial algorithmic recommendation. Then, it popped up again a few days later – OK fine, I’ll take a look. I scrolled through the list of episodes out already and recognized most of the artists and some of the guests . . . hmm I do like Franz Ferdinand, I guess I’ll dip my toe in. Alright, it’s not hot garbage, I’ll try this one with Ed Gamble even though I don’t know Napalm Death . . . this is enjoyable actually! And then Ivo is crowned King Gigzard and Alex the Pigzard Wizard ?! Umm sure OK! And now it doesn’t even matter who the guest is or what the topic is, it has broadened my musical horizons and I am glad to experience it through Alex and Ivo’s shared friendship. 5/5 Pigs

Like Live Music Gigs? Like Comedy? This is Both. Win-Win.
Live music gigs/concerts are one of the best things in life. Standup comedy is another of the best things in life. With their thoughts and critiques of attending live gigs, comedians Ivo and Alex have combined the music and comedy for the perfect podcast.

    Comedians/friends talk about live shows
Alex and Ivo are really funny, friendly hosts who like a variety of music genres. They go to a music show with a friend and talk about it after. As an introvert who hates crowds, I only see a couple shows a year. Sometimes I wish I could go to more without actually going to them. Problem solved! They talk about the show critically, but also celebrate the emotional affects of the live experience. Keep up the good fun guys!
