tmccaffr11/9Great podcast. Thank you for the updates. I’ve been sad all week with the election results but one of the concerns has been the cases. A criminal ran for the presidency to run from the legal system and was successful. There’s something fundamentally wrong with our system. I hope that work will commence to fight back on presidential immunity.

Karla from CranberryGonna Miss You GuysI am assuming that now that Trump has been re-elected, that your podcast will soon be cancelled. I have to tell you how much I have enjoyed each episode and how it has fueled my exercise regimen. It has also make me regret my decision not to attend law school, but rather go out into the world to make money. But money is nice too! Anyway, Andrew and Mary you are both stellar and I will look forward to any new podcast or appearances on MSNBC. Also, I wish you the best given the ominous predictions for all our futures. Thank you for your dedication to the law.

@back_two_tenths_farmPlease ContinueI have counted on you to navigate murky terrain for me for the past year and a half. I hope that you will continue to provide your learned, experienced perspective throughout the uncertain future.

sptinggirlCONGRATULATIONSCongratulations on another award and thank you for your great work.

Rain WorshipperGreat podcast, poor implementation of ad-freeI have paid for MSNBC premium, and about half of the MSNBC podcast episodes that come in as premium still have all the ads. Please fix this. I appreciate the bonus content, but I was partly signing up for relief from ads. Thanks. (And these are not just the ads for MSNBC, it’s all kinds of ads)

MagnusPaterWhat a shamWorst “podcast” I’ve ever cursed my poor ears with. Don’t even bother

blissfulbiscuitsListen and repeatYour broadcasts are so loaded with information, and so well explained that I actually enjoy listening several times. You’ve increased my legal vocabulary and I have a far better understanding of what is happening in the array of Trump trials. My question is about Mary McCord’s testimony before Congress. With now all of her opinions and statements now presented to the Congress, what is the outcome? What effect can her testimony make on the members and to what avail? All this great information- just hanging out there as a big “so what”?
-
KarieKayeGreat Podcast !!Since I have no legal background, I love listening to these great legal minds to find out the latest on Trump’s legal issues. I have questions to ask, but I cannot figure out how to send a question for the expert panel. I love the pod! Andrew, I absolutely love whenever you’re on any of the MSNBC shows!
-
loverforsureI can recognize Mary or Andrews voice anywhereEvery Tuesday I am searching for the latest episode. I love Andres’s humor and Mary’s facts on the law.

Long time Booknotes LoverStill getting ads on MSNBC Premium?!Hello Andrew and Mary, I subscribed to the MSNBC Premium version for your podcasts to exclude ads, but I am still getting ads. Can you help explain why this is? Thank you.
-
Captain TealAdsI subscribed to msnbc premium and periodically still have ads...!

Brthegood12345You are the only two I trustYou are the only two people I trust to share & explain truth & facts. Please do an episode on election preliminary polling & debate updates. 🩵

Betsy & AriInformative and enjoyableI love this show. The hosts are personable and knowledgeable. I really like the way they explain stuff to the lay listener. I appreciate their candor.
-
Pablo PuppyAugust 27 EpisodeI wish I was more confident 11th circuit would reverse Cannon, because if it ends up in SCOTUS, they’ve made clear that the amount of chaos they inflict is no matter for them to be concerned with. The majority of the senior court is rewriting the Constitution and our laws in their entirety, legislation be damned.

shannoncMGMy #1. Go To podcast for Trump accountability newsThis team strikes just the right balance between being informative and keeping it light enough that it’s never boring. The chemistry between them is perfect. Listening to them is like sitting down for coffee with a couple knowledgeable and trusted friends to catch up with developments.
-
G00bers MomToo much mansplainingThe information given is very good on this podcast. But I perfectly understand what Mary McCord is saying when she talks. Andrew does not need to mansplain her comments or input.

210210Prosecuting Donald TrumpExcellent! Would be better if Mary didn't dominate the commentary quite as much. A little restraint would allow more balance and be a little less grating.
-
whitmacallyMost qualified podcastI look forward to all of Mary and Andrew’s episodes. To hear the actual legal terms and facts opposed to what media aka TRUMPLICANS want to believe. I just respect your opinions and willingness to dive deep into the actual law and help us interpret what it is. Thank you for your service, I recommend this show to all my friends and family.

CerebralmindJ6 PrecursorIf the George Floyd Protests taught us anything…the 2Aers do not keep their guns for government tyranny. They keep them for their OWN tyranny.
-
CancerBoAPay Wall??I love this podcast and I love the people on it but I’m not paying to listen because it’s not fair to your loyal followers to suddenly have to get a credit card just to hear what other intelligent people should tell all of us for free. This will be a bummer all around.
-
HatsnapThank you-respect our lawsThank you Mary and Andrew for explaining complicated issues down to there essences. With so much going on and one candidate not speaking with clarity, your podcast is a must to keep timeline linear. 🧡
-
user789!!LoveNormally love the show but todays was a rambling episode, couldn’t even finish it.
-
Max EdisonNot a hard decisionGreat show with two hosts who know what’s going on. However I am concerned about the shift to subscription. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and subscribe to my local paper and three national papers. I’m tapped out. Now everybody wants more money from me. Good luck with that. I don’t want to wait a week on your views. I guess I have to go elsewhere.
-
Wood RatPremium members only?I for one don’t appreciate having faithful followers suddenly barred with a pay wall. My usual reaction is to unfollow. I will be sad if forced to do that here.
-
sfncarPoor StevePoor Steve, he doesn't seem to think anything will fix the problems. So sad. Now tell that to the many, many folks who so desperately need something to be done to address the arrogance and disrespect they feel coming from the Court. He sounds like more of the problem. At least the President and Congress are proposing good solutions.
-
RbicoYou do a real public service. You make the rule of law understandable and show how it is the last line of defense against someone who seeks to tear that wall down.

JDavid1967Fantastic PodcastCongrats on your award! We deserved. 🥇What an INCREDIBLE podcast. Intelligent. Informed. Professional. Insightful. I have learned SO much. I cannot get enough. Thanks to you both. Keep up the great work. 🇺🇸
-
HiwaskoLove the podYou two are the nerdiest of legal nerds, and I love listening to you. Thanks for bringing your knowledge and expertise in these current legal matters.
-
SL-41Excellent explanations and analysisI have enjoyed this podcast ever since finding it a few months ago. The insight to the various cases has been invaluable to see how disingenuous various people in the process have been but also how the justice system is still holding strong and that there are a number of good people involved in the process who are fighting for democracy on a daily basis. Thank you Mary and Andrew!
-
JosiedoseedooJust what we need in these timesAndrew and Mary are so incredibly thoughtful, well versed and intelligent Their knowledge of law and the way that they break it down really helps me understand what is happening. I feel like it helps me explain to my friends the importance of making good decisions when you vote. Even the most insignificant wranglings can have such a grievous consequences. Plus they are great together!

exihmAb FabJust love listening to this podcast. As a retired judge, I really enjoy their explanations and explications of what’s happening today.
-
Anonymous VATriggeredJust read that the classified documents case got dismissed. Andrew is going to be soooooo triggered!
-
Gsully7Great except the interruptionsLove this podcast, appreciate the in depth explanations, but almost quit listening because Mary rarely gets to finish a sentence/thought without being interrupted. Let the woman speak for goodness sake.
-
Fluorine didUnprofessionalI don’t think I’ve heard an episode where Andrew didn’t interrupt Mary to make exactly the same point she was Give him a script or take the microphone away, he can’t play well with others on his own
-
Iris YoeliThe immunity falloutIt was such a depressing episode that this is the first time I did not listen to it all. Gosh. It seems like there is no hope
-
Broman5BrilliantI’m not a lawyer but I love legal wranglings. And listening to Mary McCord and Andrew Weisman is awesome. Both of them are so smart! Well worth the time.
-
TarzjaniImmunityWith this power given to President, can Biden ask his department of justice to investigate Trump again for any other reason
-
Tricia1210*Question regarding new Supreme Court rulingI love your show and I’ve learned so much - you both are excellent professors! I have a question regarding the consequences of the supreme court ruling that extends immunity to the president. Would this give the current president the ability by executive order to extend the qualifications for the presidency? For instance, could they revise or extend the rule to include that no one who was found guilty of a felony could run?

18MIdThe Immunity DecisionI am a devoted fan of your wonderful podcast. I listen to each one multiple times. I have a question that I hope you can answer. I’ve heard only one person on the news mention this and that is if President Biden is ultimately replaced by someone else, presumably vice president Kamala Harriss, then Republicans would sue in critical states because the ticket had changed. If that is true, then President Biden should not be replaced because it would just take one state to not accept the change. It would thereby be impossible for the Democrat ticket to win.
-
SF-JSo ThoughtfulI love all of it. And what producer is telling them to go faster? I love the side bars and anecdotes… let them talk! They’re fascinating and knowledgeable. I’d listen to this every day, even if it was 6-hours long. It’s amazing.
-
Pinky in St LouisA must listen! You have shone a bright light on the cases against DJT. If it were mandatory listening,I have no doubt that even some in the Maga world, would question their belief that it’s just witch hunts. I thank you as well for your brilliant discussion and explanation of what is happening in the “supreme court”, disrespect intended. Thank you. Thank you.
-
“Ze”Supreme Court;Thank You very much for your deep - in the weeds- legal expertise! Question; Can a Supreme Court Justice be indicted for- Obstruction of Justice? Treason-a pre meditated ruling gutting one of Thee principles explicitly endowed by the Constitution? Or Is Impeachment the present protocol? Thank You again for taking the time & beautifully keeping us( non- Attny ) informed. It is inspiring! Sincerely, Zena Whitcombe
-
MtnBikingGirl💕💕You are both national treasures. Thank you for explaining all the legal ease. Sometimes I feel like SCOTUS, Trump crime(ing) (allegedly), and this Project 2025 agenda is overwhelming. Y’all help to talk me down off the wall.
-
PearlSnapLCZExactly What I Want to KnowOn-point and no-nonsense deep discussions from knowledgeable professionals; this podcast is much appreciated by this listener who is on the verge of overwhelm again, but who knows it’s imperative to stay informed. That said, I do wish Mary wouldn’t talk over Andrew as much though!
