    Love Segev’s passion and approach to the youth game and this podcast. Coupled with a great level of technical subject matter. Also enjoy hearing the weekly game updates for his teams. Just feel bad for the guy …his players can’t even show up on time to their games!

    This is a new show, but the host, Segev, is an adept and experienced podcaster. He ran the Coaching Soccer Weekly podcast for quite a while. Now he has launched this new show under his own brand. What sets this show apart from other soccer coaching podcasts is variety. Other shows promote a very specific approach to the game (not that there’s anything wrong with that), but Segev brings a wide variety of themes to the coaching table. Sometimes it’s 1v1s, sometimes it’s rondos, sometimes it’s tactics, sometimes it’s physical fitness, sometimes it’s game psychology… and it goes on. Each episode brings a new mix of things you might be able to use to develop your unique team in your particular environment. Segev is a researcher and a learner who will help you figure out what combination of approaches is right for your coaching situation. If you’re looking for a Soccer Coaching God who will give you THE System you Must Use to Win Every Game, then this podcast is not for you. But if you want to follow a knowledgeable, experienced, professional youth coach as he develops his players and his club, then it’s well worth following.
