I’m a total zouk nerd so this podcast is PERFECT. I love that there is a whole “panel” of pros (instructors/dancers/DJs) that share their (sometimes opposing) opinions on the topic of the day. And I’m digging the newer episodes where the crew is inviting special guests. Especially now that I’m starting to teach and organize in my local community I really appreciate some of the critical thinking this podcast helps with ideas I’d literally never even considered before (you can bet your butt now when me and my instructor friends demo we will be sticking to mostly moves we’ve taught in the class!). Seriously awesome job. I will continue to shout from all the rooftops at my dance friends about how amazing this podcast is.

You know that pair of pajamas that fits just right? The ones that feel so good you want to wear them in public? This podcast is that. It’s a warm blanket in the dead of winter. Nothing about it sounds forced or contrived. I enjoy the different perspectives and the honesty. Industry wisdom is shared with a side dish of who, what, where, when, and why. Brazilian Zouk No Cap holds true to it’s name. It’s not good in an, “O that’s a cute podcast,” kind of way. It’s genuinely good, in a heavy on the “g,” kind of way. Everyone can and will learn something about themselves or the dance scene in general. Each episode leaves the listener, myself in particular, all the way over here in Okinawa Japan, waiting for the next episode. Can we get two episodes a week please?! NO CAP
