You need Peter in your life :)
Peter Donegan hosts this podcast nominally about gardens, gardening, garden design, and garden shows. For those who in passing might think that that was all well and good but it isn't for them don't understand what's going on. Peter, in his delightful Irish way, dedicates a lot of well spent time getting to know the people involved, their backstories, and what makes them and their gardens wonderful. About gardens? Certainly. But you're missing the point if you think that that's all it is. It's an invitation to listen a bit to friends having a conversation sometimes over coffee in his kitchen. It's an invitation to another world where the BS of everyday life seems less significant at least for a little while. Honestly, right now, what more could you want.

How can you not love that accent? It's an interesting listen and the show has opened my eyes about what goes on at show gardens and the different sides of gardening. My list of gardens I'd love to visit has grown!!!

So delightful, generous and refreshing - an absolute jewel. Any sense of stiffness associated with gardening is tossed aside, without insult or injury, to make room for a new generation of growth. Love it.

Takes Me Right to the Irish Garden
Nice conversational mix of gardening, social media and Ireland topics. Donegan has a nice way of carrying the chat... better than most podcasters with a similar format.
