This is Micah I love listening to this show every morning Ramon brings a fresh prospective from the NFL and being a VFL while Kayla has all the Q and A’s talking to the Titans inside the building. While Will Bowling brings a nice local vibe and we cannot forget Robert behind the glass hollering and spinning the hits. This is truly the best morning show in the world and they are doing 104.5 the Zone some good!!!!

Ramon is gold. Great perspective and great information. Should be a leader in Nashville and National media for a long time.

J-Mart & Ramon seem like great guys but The Zone just isn’t what it used to be. This station was great until new management came in. Now it stinks.

I’ve tried this show a couple times and its incredibly bad. Miss the days of Mark, Frank and Kevin in the morning back when 104.5 was actually good sports radio.

It felt right

Come for the sports, stay for the fam. Insightful, knowledgeable & entertaining. You can’t get that with any run of the mill sports talk radio. So yes, there’s plenty of shop talk and yes, every now and then it runs off the rails, but it’s united fans from all walks of life, different cities & different teams in a way that just adds a whole other layer to the broadcast. Join in the fun anytime, but be sure you’re ready, we’re always petty.

There is a reason that WGFX has Nielsen ratings that have dropped 40% in four months. They’ve gutted every show except for Mush Mouth and Dawn and replaced them with hosts that are way too interested in hearing themselves talk. Ramon is not ready for a market of this size and JMart’s pandering to Ramon is sad. JMart I appreciate your personal views on society but your pop culture references would work better on a Talk Radio; not sports talk. You might give WTN a call and see if they can work you in when Savage retires.

The guys are awesome. I’m all over the US driving a truck and you guys are my morning regardless where I’m at. It’s sorta weird that Marks voice makes me feel at home but it’s true. Keep up the good work guys
