Love these sermons! The are Scripture saturated yet accessible to any layman. I’m not even Catholic and I love to listen to Bishop Barron!

I have enjoyed Bishop Barron’s podcast for over a year now and I decided to venture into why his podcast wasn’t a 5-star rating. Come to find that most of the reviews less than 5-stars have nothing to do with the content of what he says, but the content of his character, the Word on Fire Institute, or just silly other things. The podcast provides spoken truth, there doesn’t seem to be any evidence against that, even in the reviews!

I’ve been listening to this podcast and find it so enriching! I’ve learned so much. Today’s reflection on Jesus calming the waters literally took my breath away!! I’ve never heard it explained that way. What an eye opener— Thank you Bishop Barron!!!!!!!

Bishop Barron has such a gift to help explain what it means to be a Christian and a Catholic. A must for all. This podcast has changed my life.

One need not be Catholic to soak up Bishop Barron’s wisdom. As an Anglican, I count him as probably my greatest spiritual teacher thus far.

Bishop Barron’s Sunday Sermons are enlightening. I learn so much about other wonderful Catholic faith. I look forward to them each week. I share them with friends and family regularly.

Adds so much edification to my understanding of the weekly Mass readings. Very highly recommended!

During the COVID lockdown, Bishop Barron’s masses were a shining light for me. I continue to listen to his Sunday sermons as I find them thought provoking and full of practical knowledge as well as inspiring in a world that needs more guidance and love.

Preparing the Sunday Gospel and then listening to the this podcast is a great way to prepare and get the most out of the Liturgy of the Word.

I love listening to Bishop Barron. But quite honestly I find Brandon Vogt very annoying. His voice is annoying and he honestly doesn’t contribute anything meaningful to the podcast. He demands small talk that none of us want to listen to from Bishop Barron. I wish it just cut straight to Bishop Barrons sermon rather than half to listen to Brandon humble-brag for 5 minutes before hand.

Bishop Barron is a wonderful jewel for this world and he lives what he speaks. He is a delight to hear Praise God

Being of the Protestant persuasion I was somewhat wary of delving too deeply into Bishop Barron’s work. I’ve heard him on various interviews and was impressed and I’m glad I started listening to his various podcasts. While I don’t think I’ll be converting to Catholicism anytime soon I think the things that hold us together are much stronger than those that set us apart. I’m glad to learn from a preacher of the word.

Appreciated your homily about the Trinity. Have never read anything written by Aquinas. Amazing insights! Thank you for these podcasts! I listen to them each week and adds considerable depth to Sunday Mass.
