    Love this guy!
I've been following Tips For Travellers and a couple of other cruise vloggers on YouTube for a while and I just found out that Gary has a podcast channel too! Now I can't stop binging episodes. I love his style the best because the tips are short and quick and for context he always gives us a "for example...". Every time I listen to an episode I have to pause to write down one of his suggestions in my notebook. There's so many things I didn't know about or think of! Lots of helpful, timely, and practical tips presented in a way that makes me feel like I'm getting exclusive insider knowledge. Welcome aboard!

    Audio needs improvement
Talks too fast and runs words together and breaths into mic.

    Great Podcasts!
Concise, helpful info. without injecting liberal political views like Rick Steves does.

    My Favorite Travel Podcast
I really appreciate the style of this show. The episodes are short and to the point. We have mainly cruised on 200 passenger ships in the past but are considering other options. Will employ much if the advice from Gary

    A league of its own
I am getting ready to go on my first cruise and have listened and subscribed to many cruise podcasts. What makes this podcast stand apart is that Gary actually gives you his in-depth (but succinct) analysis of the different cruise lines. His tips are actionable and I like that he describes his point-of-view (ie-his age bracket and cruise experience preferences) so you can assess whether his conclusions apply to your own cruising needs. It is not as slickly produced as the other podcasts (ie-no intro tune and it ends rather abruptly due to no sign off or sign off tune). But I don’t mind it is definitely worth a listen and I’ve learned to evaluate cruises in a more educated way after listening to this podcast. Gary, if you are reading these, please make the episodes a little longer!

    Eh, so-so
The 60 second episodes from the beginning aren’t very informative, more common sense. The more recent episodes do have more information, and I appreciate the reviews BUT some of it does come off snobbish. I like to spend less on the room so I have more for the fun things in the cruise as well as more cruises. Not everyone has a ton of freebies because we do 10+ cruises a year, so more information for those of us on saving money, best deal for your dollar, etc.

    Meh is the word
Meh is the word that comes to mind. It's really just a 60 second 'duh' tip inbetween a bunch of self promotion about the author. Also, he doesn't seem to care to make is 60-second tip flawless- you hear him stop himself or say the wrong word! For tips this short, I would expect him to just start again to get it perfect! I guess the self promotion is the most annoying part. Followed by the lack of enthusiasm/heart. Followed by the mistakes. Your 60-seconds are spent better elsewhere.
