Unpaved ManSolidIt’s great to that Dr. Dulaney shares so freely. Thank you, Doc. I’m a 63 year old endurance athlete. Ten years ago I was at death’s doorstep. i was obese and unhealthy. Now I am at my college cross country (NCAA Div 1) weight. Changing diet was the hardest and I finally wrapped my head around that a few months ago. I am now WFPB forevermore! It’s amazing to be where I am after where I was. I have a good 30 years of active life ahead of me. i am pharma free, a fact my local pill doc could not wrap her head around since everybody here suffers from at least one chronic disease if they’re still alive at my age. I fired her. Now I have a holistic, nutrition-driven doc. It costs more, but it has real value. So does this podcast, and it costs nothing at all. Thanks again, Dr. Dulaney.

She often highlights recent studies and medical journal articles on health, nutrition or exercise . With a background in health care, I really enjoy her perspective of modern medicine- the need to evaluate the whole person, and weigh out lifestyle changes for health improvements! The plant based podcast theme is mixed with her love for endurance races of all kind, it is fun hearing about her recent and up coming events. After listening you will be encouraged and motivated! I often end up listening to her weekly podcast while on a run :)

angelafischettiA Healthy Cardiologist!Dr. Jami Dulaney walks her talk, actually runs her talk, weight lifts her talk, mobilizes and stretches her talk. She teaches you can’t outrun your mouth and she’s living proof one doesn’t have to if one eats a nutritional regime that’s whole foods plant based. She is my fave of all the medical doctors because not only is she an excellent clinician but she knows the science of the nutrition of a wfpb diet and she understands training and exercise. I have attended her Zoom nutrition/cooking/lecture classes as well as her Zoom nutrition conferences which also feature the amazing wfpb RD, Addie Dulaney Majnaric. They make a great team. Dr. Dulaney’s podcast is eclectic in that she covers topics including food, exercise, her personal running experience including her participation in many endurance events, her love of her family and animals, really interesting interviews always founded in different health topics, etc. She’s not the run of the mill doctor who hands one a ‘script, unless the word on the ‘script is lifestyle. You learn how to take care of yourself, to be a patient self-advocate instead of a pill popper. You learn how to be healthy and remain this way. She’s worth her weight in gold!

Let parents decide if they want to mask their kids. No one wants to be the one who loses a child to a preventable virus. I am now unsubscribed. Shame. I loved the other content.

She has a practice that emphasizes building and sustaining a healthy body rather than just treating disease and dysfunction. She offers free consults ... how many doctors do that these days? You will learn a bunch about healthy living and ongoing fitness by listening to this podcast.

smyllypandaLosing credibilityIf you’ve heard one, you’ve pretty much heard them all. Follow a plant-based diet. Don’t eat a drop of oil or you’re proving it can’t be done and no one else will try. Exercise, just know that whatever you do, it’s not enough. When it comes to viruses it seems like she’s dipping into conspiracy theory territory and unscientific speculation.

We’ve lost two family friends to this virus and would prefer not to be the non-symptomatic person who gives the virus to someone who isn’t as strong or healthy as we are. We will be wearing our masks in public in an effort to protect others.

Her podscasts are fun, easy to follow and very informative for the beginner (first learning how to eat this way) to the advanced individual(wanting to read and understand the research behind the concepts) in realizing why going plant-based is so important to your health. I am enjoying the podcasts and learning something new in each discussion. My goal is to listen to at least one podcast a day (it is supporting and motivating me to stay the course of eating WFPB) and to listen to All of Dr. Dulaney's podcasts -----so it is going to take a little time to get all caught up :-)

I found this podcast in the early days on my transition to a WFPB lifestyle and Dr. Dulaney’s insight has been a huge asset. I will say this podcast is VERY INFORMATIVE so to some it might seem dry. However, I believe anyone looking to transform their health could have a lot to gain from listening to Dr. Dulaney. I hope we will see other healthcare practitioners follow in her footsteps in her approach to caring for patients.

She is open and sharing, compassionate and straight shooting. For the plant based athlete or those wanting to be, she shares her experiences as an endurance athlete. She shares her office experiences and insights into the real world of those that are sick and not willing to accept food as their medicine and yet still treating them in the traditional way of alopathic medicine just to keep them alive, while sharing the successes she has with those patients who agree to adopt a plant based lifestyle. She supports them with nutritional classes and much more. It is unbelievable that she has the time to do this, be an endurance athlete, a speaker, and a podcaster! She's real and now and this is what makes her podcast unique and helpful. Those living in Charlotte County, SW Florida are very very lucky to have her as it is a hard line to walk between alopathic medicine and influencing patients to take on responsibility for their health by lifestyle change. Her podcasts are diverse, interesting, and refreshing to hear. To those already living the PB lifestyle, you won't hear the same ole stuff over and over again.

She's very transparent and natural in her delivery, which makes me feel like we might be sitting around her kitchen table together, rather than having a one-way communication via the Internet. Her sincere desire to help people become healthier shines through in every episode.

I find it comforting to know she lives what she teaches her patients and is focusing on the root of their health issues and helping them get off of medications. This podcast gives me the perfect balance between nutrition info, suggestions and recipes, a wide range of informative guests, exercise encouragement, humor and personal insights. I can't speak for those of you with more experience at this lifestyle than I have, but as a beginner this is just what I need. I'm getting my blood work done on January 9. My wife and I have been whole-food, plant-based for nearly 4 years now, and we continue to improve in our health and are always seeking further education. Dr. Dulaney is teaching us a lot more! She's getting better and better at the interviews, and she gets excellent guests. I also enjoy the episodes where it seems she just turns on the microphone and starts talking--she has lots of helpful things to say. She is a real pioneer in taking this knowledge into her practice as an MD, despite all the medical/insurance system's barriers to doing so. I'm so glad she's speaking to other physicians in her area. I also enjoy the garden and exercise/fitness news. Thank you, Dr. Dulaney!

IngModExcellent PodcastI love the format of Dr. Dulaney's podcast - part personal info about what she's growing, cooking, or doing with her training, and part medical info about using a plant based diet to improve health. I love the stories she tells about patients she's teaching about diet and her own family members going through the transition. Once in awhile Dr. Dulaney brings in a guest and the interviews are great. It's very clear she's an excellent cardiologist but also so personable. It's hard not to fall in love with her. I look forward to each and every episode.

Pesca VeganInspiring & Informative!!We have listened to about 50 of Dr. Dulaney's podcasts. We are on day 65 of our totally plant based whole food lifestyle. It is also no added SOS(no added salt, oil, or sugar). Dr Dulaney is a cardiologist who is focusing on whole food plant nutrition to heal instead of relying on medications and surgery. She practices what she advocates and is a real inspirational leader and one of a very few physicians taking this path. We feel fortunate to have discovered her. We have truly been informed by her knowledge and by the wide variety of people she has interviewed on her podcasts. She has helped us stay on our path and get off our medications by using food to heal and nourish our bodies. We highly recommend her podcasts.

THA63Great Plant-based Podcast!I was so excited to find another plant-based podcast to listen to each week. Dr. Dulaney has interesting and varied guests on her podcast and she relates a ton of personal experiences that help listeners learn more about living a plant-based lifestyle. Her unique position as a cardiologist lends credibility to her position and the stories of interactions with her patients give real life examples that are both educational and inspiring. In addition, her experiences as an endurance athlete are inspiring as well, especially for someone like me who is in her fifties like Dr. Dulaney. It makes me feel like I could achieve difficult athletic goals if I put my mind and muscles to it.

Added bonus - she lets us peek into her practice and see the obstacles she faces everyday with her patients and colleagues. A truly unique view point.

Ladyb2343One of the best!Dr. Dulaney's patients may not realize how lucky they are. I think Dr. Dulaney's bottom line for doing this podcast is to educate, educate, educate. So many others doing podcasts are selling products for their own financial gain and blaming doctors for all the sickness and disease. This podcast not only educates us about the importance of following a plant based diet but educates us a little about what it's like to be a doctor who sincerely wants to help people be healthy.
