I don’t ever listen to podcasts because they’re usually monotonous, and my attention span is equivalent to a pop tarts. But i seriously love this! I even checked out his book at the library and it’s killer. I’m interested in both video games AND psychology so this is perfect! Thank you!

    Best ever
It has so much info on what you need, the only issue is that some of what they said never made sense to me.

    Informative!
Glad it doesn’t focus on the research that we always hear about (like violence in video games) and gives an interesting view on where the research could be headed. He is great and bringing in interesting applications from the psychology research.

An amazing showcase of public scholarship!
As a young scholar getting started in Game Studies, I can’t say how much I appreciate this podcast! Themes are diverse, it’s accessible, interesting, and you can share it with your family and friends who wonder what you actually study!!

    Absolutely amazing!
My husband and I are addicted to this show! Such good information, and each episode we are constantly pausing to discuss what is being said- which we don't do with any other show! Love love love. Would definitely recommend

The place for your gaming + psych needs
Dr. Jamie Madigan is my go-to guy for any questions about the psychology of video games. In addition to his own expertise, he brings in topical experts to talk about all the hot-button issues about games, but goes beyond to get a thorough understanding of games. Jamie (as he insisted I call him) focuses on experts and evidence, but he knows the importance of making it understandable. His work is exactly what the video game world needs. Definitely check out this show if you are serious about understanding the psychology of games!

This podcast covers a topic about once a month. There are great topics that are not covered in any other podcast. An example of this, was the recent show that asked the question, "Do games make you smarter." The most cutting edge research was brought to the table to discuss this topic. Keep up the good work.

    A Good Listen
I listen at work every time a new episode comes out. A great discussion of the psychology behind video games, from every angle - game designers, game players, and even just people who talk about video games (like how the media says they are too violent). I like the podcast so much that I plan to check out the author's new book.

I like this podcast enough to rate and review it on iTunes, even though I don't use iTunes. That's how much I like it.
