I love listening to this podcast. But it’s really starting to grind on my nerves that whenever Mike Gibson says one thing, Mike Ferguson always has to belittle him, correct him, whatever! Mike Ferguson watch your manners, dude!

I read a summary of the episode I truly want to listen to it appeals to me. However when I begin the show the back and forth between the fellow podcasters is unbelievably long and I’m not tuning it to hear about you two and your life’s I just want to hear the story, the crime and the way it unfolded lastly the outcome. I’ve began and ended so many shows because I get annoyed. If you want men talking and talking and giving feedback about their lives and how they feel about character names and where the setting takes place and on and on this is for you. I however just want to hear an in depth account of what took place. My advice to the podcasters minimize the chatter.

The main guys voice that talks the most drives me absolutely bonkers. I can only listen for a few minutes. Other than that it’s an ok podcast.

I absolutely love listening to Mike and Gibby when I’m at work & when I’m driving in my car. It makes my workday seem so much shorter because I’m so immersed in the cases that they’re talking about. I do enjoy when Gibby throws in some “little known stuff about the cases. I’ve only just started listening, but I like what I heard. So I went back and started listening to them from episode one and working my way through them all. Thanks Mike and Gibby for all your hard work and time that you put into each and every episode. Keep up the amazing work you do:

Love the genuine friendship between the hosts, love the love they have for each other’s families, love MFerg’s love for his daughters, and love the way these men speak about and respect women. Just an all-around excellent podcast done by two good guys. Took me awhile to get used to MFerg’s speech cadence/delivery but at this point, I just enjoy him for who he is (Gibby, too!).

Both of these hosts are excellent. They’re knowledgeable, well-researched, come across as approachable and you feel as though you’re right there in the conversation with them. They’re sympathetic to the victims, rational, kind, and dedicated to sharing the details of the cases they cover in a respectful manner. I have no idea why anyone *wouldn’t* rate them 5 stars. Unlike some true crime hosts, they don’t come across as attempts at gross entertainment, they don’t cheapen these people’s stories. This is exactly what a true crime podcast should be. Informative, engaging, empathetic, and well-researched. The interactions between two hosts are the comic relief this kind of thing needs, and they do it on a personal level between the two of them; not in any way that diminishes or makes light of the victims’ stories. Would rate higher than 5 if I could.

I really tried to stick with this one because I am a true crime junkie but the childish jokes make it difficult for me to listen. And there should be a drinking game for every time you say, “again” or “we have to talk about this”

I just started listening in 2025. Pretty good show, great hosts. If you happen to love the frequency of the ads that are played on AM radio talk shows, you will LOVE this show.

They started doing too many depictions of homosexuals including descriptions of sexual proclivities. They seemed to be trying hard to normalize and show how “cool” they are with it. Many of us are sick of this.

I've listened to several episodes now and the main host always sounds like he's completely trashed which lessens the credibility of the show.

I love this podcast! The banter between the two are great, they cover the big ones and the less known, very entertaining and always my go to for driving back and forth from work! I’ve always been interested in serial killers and what breaks in someone to make them do these awful things, I’m a nurse and I love my job but if I could go back in time I’d definitely become an FBI profiler…. Trying to get into the minds of the psychopath’s to save more victims! Mike and Gibby are able to give such care to the victims and their families while still investigating the predators. They do an amazing job and def my favorite true crime podcast! Highly recommended!!

They present each crime in thorough detail while maintaining respect for the victims and their families. Their thoughtful opinions add depth to the narrative without overshadowing the story itself. It’s a must-listen for true crime fans who appreciate a respectful yet entertaining approach.

Love the banter back and forth. And the fact we get one unsolved and one solved. Great podcast.

I tried sticking with this podcast but it’s more cheesy banter than true crime story & it’s more & more irritating so I’m out! And no one cares about the voicemails.

Just to get to the story takes over 5 minutes. Then every other sentence seems like it’s commentary about their personal lives or cheesy banter. Once in awhile is okay, but I mainly come here to listen to true crime yet half the show is random info.

I enjoy it once in awhile when I’m needing something to listen to, but wish they’d cut down on the cheesy banter that is the same every episode. Just be yourselves and that is enough. I enjoy their recaps of the crimes but the banter can be cringy.

Way too much chit-chat. The last song was over 10 minutes. I don’t mean to be mean but I don’t care about your wife and daughters. I’m listening for the true crime case. I also don’t care to hear my anybody else’s name and new subscribers or donators. I don’t even listen to the last show because it took too long to get to it..

You guys need to redo this episode. You guys had so much misinformation & it’s harmful to SA victims

Listened to the Daniel Laplante podcast they did and the information was not accurate. I had heard of this case before, and I wanted to see if there was a podcast that had more information maybe I hadn’t heard before. A couple examples: They said this murderer was in a relationship with one of the victims/young girls he stalked after they broke up. They were never in a relationship. They went on one date. She was creeped out by him and didn’t see him again after that. They also said they found him in a closet hiding. No he was hiding in a space in the walls. That is where the police found him. I haven’t listened to any other cases they have covered, but do your research before giving untrue information. I like true crime with information that is accurate.

Here is one you may not have Heard of. The White House Boys. From the Florida School for Boys. I have yet to hear about this one from anyone and there was a lot that happened here. Murder included. Some is speculation. But I love your podcast and think you would do good and researching it and telling people about it.

I love this podcast! I have been listening since the beginning and they just continue to get better and better! I find the serial killer episodes more interesting than husband kills wife or wife kills husband. I think the listeners who have decided to stop listening because Mike picks on Gibby need to get a life! It is obvious that they’ve known each other a long time and are close friends. They remind me of some of the great comedic duos in history, such as George and Gracie, and Andy and Barney. Keep doing what you’re doing guys!

Like the title says, Mike continually makes fun of Gibby throughout every episode. He especially likes to insult his intelligence. It makes it not worth listening to. Gibby, you deserve better. I have to unsubscribe.

I believe that I am a true crime junkie and I listen to a lot of podcasts but this one is definitely top tier!

I like the true crime. I hate when they go woke and start and turn into social justice warriors. Stick with true crime guys.

Love the bits of humor injected. Lightens the mood.

You guys are the best of all the true crime podcasts. You state the facts, you aren’t too judgey and you give your educated opinions. Somehow you do add some humor and you play off each other. I’m going back in the episodes and catching those oldies that were broadcasted before I started listening and they are still relevant and poignant Thank you.

I like having two hosts that work off of each other. They are entertaining. They stray off topic to other interesting subjects sometimes relevant to other crimes sometimes more personal. They present stories that are very recent but also go back to earlier crimes from decades ago. The amount of research they have to do and their ability to find as much information and present the stories in a meaningful and comprehensive way is great.

Gibby’s adlibs when Mike reads the names is hilarious! Like how do you come up with that so quickly. I’ve laughed so hard I spat out my water. Yall are truly the dynamic duo! Gibby should be a comedian! He doesn’t take himself too seriously and makes the show enjoyable. I can’t stop listening to these two awesome men! Thank you guys for giving me something to listen to while working!

Fantastic channel for those that enjoy true crime. The channel “chemistry” between the hosts makes it a listening pleasure.

Started listening around the middle maybe a year ago and found myself going back to the beginning and I just love how excited they were to start their podcast . I’m amazed from beginning to now hardly anything has changed. They knew from the start what they were doing. They are the cutest duo around.
