I enjoy those who come on the show. A nice break from just straight stories.

I follow a lot of “paranormal” podcasts, but then unfollow them because the hosts tend to be cocky and talk over their guests in what I can only assume is an attempt to appear more knowledgeable than the experts who they’re “interviewing.” Not so with this podcast. The host seems genuinely interested in what the guests have to say and asks intelligent questions instead of flexing whatever he thinks he already knows. That’s not to say he doesn’t contribute to the conversation. He contributes insight in a way that moves the conversation forward without hijacking the spotlight. Really glad I started listening to this podcast because I’d almost given up on the genre.

I just found your podcast and have been binging and enjoying until Tony from Utah’s Wait Until 3 o’clock episode. Listening to this was liking having teeth pulled. Was that guy for real 🙄

Really enjoyed listening to a few episodes but the music is so loud!

I really appreciate Brent’s straightforward, no theatrical approach to conversations with his guests. His topics are always interesting and informative.

The host seems like a good guy and shares interesting information but I can’t listen anymore because he speaks way too much about god and in a way that it’s fact which I’m not into. You should put in the description that you discuss a lot of religion and make that the reason for so many of the mysteries so people know what they’re about to listen to.

This is always a great show. Full of creepy and informative stuff.

Great Podcast. Anyone reading this please ignore the ignorant comment by “see II believe”. If you don’t believe why are you listening? Just to call witnesses crazy & tell them they’re wrong? There are mental health commercials on literally every podcast. You don’t have to believe any of this, but that doesn’t make you right. There’s much more to this world than you can see right in front of you. Ignorance is bliss I guess. 🤷🏻‍♀️Keep up the great job! Definitely recommend!

Podcast like this I always find hilarious and sadly ironic. They do advertising and have sponsors talking about mental illness, and how to get help throughout the podcast. However they have people on the podcast itself who are clearly mentally disturbed and unstable. Their current or former drug attics. Their stories are unverified, undocumented babbling nonsense. Drug induced psychotic breaks and or psychosis for the majority. It’s NOT real. Exploiting people who are mentally disturbed drug attics. By encouraging and reinforcing psychotic breaks as “real or factual” is dangerous, immoral.

This podcast should be 5 stars across the board.

I tried to give this podcast a listen. Some really interesting topics! However I just can’t get past the sound quality, it’s SO distracting.

This is one of the better Podcast. I like that the host gets right into the stories and doesn’t waste time. The stories are always interesting. Keep up the good work. I have listened Paranormal Portal for a long time and have enjoyed it. I recommend it has a great host. Thank you

I think the host needs to push back more with questions. I feel like he glazes over a lot of the interviews without asking more. He misses a lot of opportunity to go deeper and some guests have so much more to add but they are forced to keep it brief. Some stories need to be completely heard to be understood and I often feel like I’m hearing half the story. I would expect him to at least save his questions for the end but he doesn’t. Makes me feel bad for the guests wanting to poor out their hearts and get their stories off their chests.

Brent you are such a kind and nice guy. That new logo just doesn’t fit you or your message! It looks so evil. I have listened to your podcast for a year but if I saw that demon logo I would have never in a million years checked your show out! Off with the demon head! Thanks for changing your logo!

Wes Germer is a liar and a grifter

You have a good thing going on this podcast. I’ve enjoyed listening to the stories told by those who have had the experiences. Your questions and comments are often the same as I’d ask or make as a remark. Over all, this is one of my top 5 podcasts… until Dif is asked back. I’m not sure if you aren’t aware of his manipulation of guests and their accounts, or his reputation in the “podcast world”, but the genuine person he portrays himself as, he is not. His fake, calming whisper of a voice, has been know to direct guests to tell a different version of their account and he has actually told those guests…they [ the audience ] will believe what I tell them to believe. Be careful who you invite.

Great research, host is very knowledgeable and congenial, content well researched and guests are first class. The show is easily the heaviest in commercials.

I love the host’s voice and his take and knowledge on the subject. But some of the stories are godawful. Sounds like middle schoolers. One was about a person whose friend showed them how to contact a ghost. “If you don’t properly say goodbye you’ll anger it.” Of course the person didn’t then they were attacked in their sleep! Another one their cousin sent them a link about a haunted park then when the person drives by the park they get a weird feeling! Another was a person who dreams about murders and is convinced they’re a medium. At one point the host pauses and says “I can’t believe I’m reading this.” Yea, me neither.

I’ve been trying to find a good podcast on paranormal experiences for so long, you guys knock it out of the park. Every one I’ve listened to is so in depth and well thought out.. genuinely hope all these people who have experienced these things are doing ok

I found this show a little over a year ago and I have been addicted ever since!! Brent (the host) has guests from Paranormal Celebrities to just every day people sharing their paranormal experiences. I have talked with the host on multiple occasions and also shared my experiences on his Youtube show. So I can say from 1st hand experience that Brent is the most passionate paranormal host I have ever come across. He has a deep passion for the paranormal and for his listeners. All while keeping a healthy level of skepticism and open mind. If you enjoy his podcast then you will LOVE his Live Youtube show. Its an entirely different show 5 times a week at 10pm EST. Dude! U need to proof read the stories before u record !!! U mess up and read things wrong then have to correct yourself ALOT!! It’s cringy and annoying! But the stories are interesting.. if u can get past the way he reads them. I’m sure he will get better. The content is really good. He’s just not a natural. Needs to do more practice before recording the podcast. U do that and then I bet you’ll get a better rating !🤎🤎🤎

Does it have a name and artist?

First, as the title says, one of the best podcasts you can listen to for all things paranormal. The host is intelligent, kind, invested, knowledgeable about all things paranormal, and a great listener. If you listen to the show for any length of time this will quickly become apparent. Please, if you have an interest in the paranormal, and want to hear great witness accounts, amazing guests/celebrities, along with a host who can guide you through it all, you’ve found a great place to listen. Second, to GNXgypsy, who in January 2021 posted a review “Icon needed” I can not believe the disgraceful words you took the time to write. Why write them at all? Why express such cruelty? It is difficult to fathom the shallowness of your judgment. Simply put, “Judging a person does not define who they are, it defines who you are.”.

I Love the Portal... The Host is such a kind thoughtful man... you can tell he truly cares about the folks he talks to and their paranormal and real world problems... plus great content and new shows all the time... WIN. WIN. WIN.

This show is great . Very interesting guests and crazy stories. My only complaint is that the host ( who’s mike comes across loud and clear compared to the guest callers) is constantly interjecting with “yeah, right , uh huh, ok , I see , sure, “ ect.... I find that a little annoying, just let the person talk! Other than that it’s really good...

I just found this podcast after hearing about it on another podcasts Facebook page. Episode 64 with Wes Germer is absolutely my favorite! I’m a fan of Wes anyway but the last story he shared about the Colonel in Vietnam was gut wrenching! I’d never heard that story before! Keep up the good work!

Always entertaining

I like the host. Think he does a good job. Like everyone else, the weird porno morning music in the beginning is worst than a Cinemax soundtrack from the nineties. And then you toss in In some Ozzy laugh for no good reason.

I can get past the intro music but every guest is so annoying. Maybe they’ve had authentic experiences but for the most part they sound like they are looking for validation of how special they are.
