Have loved Kristen since LB. Really admire all her accomplishments at such a young age and how layered she is. She can be the boy crazy girlie girl while being a CEO, author, podcast host, and most importantly, mom. You go girl! Love seeing my fellow women suceed

There are literally hundreds of podcasts out there that talk about the same topics. Nothing Kristin is doing is revolutionary to the podcast world. Also, not a single POC guest thus far. I am hoping that it improves, because she truly has potential.

This podcast is really only good if Justin is on. When he is on, they are hilarious together. When it’s just Kristin talking about relationships it’s basically unbearable.

As a teacher listening to the alleged sex expert talking about her and her partner’s teacher fantasy was so cringey and is harmful. Please stop bringing on people you think are experts.

Difficult to listen to because you keep using the F word. Sounds so trashy. Can’t imagine how embarrassing it must for your kids to have to hear that. Impossible to get through your podcast. Sorry

Found this episode really packed with great advice. Been listening to Matthew for a few years but found that in this one hour you really got to the heart of hard questions. A lot more takeaways and interest in his new book. The confidence and self-work points were helpful.

This prodcast started off so good. I loved the different experts Kristen brought on. But now, I’m too old for this. I dont care that much about your relationship (multiple cringy episodes) and it would be beneficial for her to learn how to interview. I can’t focus on the guest when all I hear is a uh huh, yeah okay, and that makes sense every two words from her. I’m sad because I really like Kristen, but this is a no for me.

Nothing you guys say is funny or interesting not sure why anyone is tuning in.

I usually enjoy Kristin and Justin chatting about her life and dating adventures but as soon as she started bringing on these misogynistic dating and quack health “experts”, I had to take a break. Not using sunscreen/block is super dangerous and puts you at risk of skin cancer. Period. Please bring on evidence-based health experts and empowering dating coaches!

The episodes with Kristin and Justin are hands down my favorite. It feels like your hanging out with your best friends and their laughter is contagious.

I would come back and listen if Kristin was able to reduce her amount of agreeing noises. I know it is part of basic human interaction but on a podcast it’s distracting.

That’s a you issue… not a Kristin issue. If you get triggered from a podcast about dating perhaps you shouldn’t be listening to podcasts. Now I just realized you being triggered has annoyed me and now I am triggered. Off to deal with annoyances instead of blaming a podcast! Keep on doing your thing Kristin.. young hot boyfriend and all!

Kristin, when you have a guest and they are speaking PLEASE STOP interjecting every few seconds, it is sooo distracting. You don’t need to constantly say something, take turns speaking, we don’t need the constant “mmmm, mmmhmm, yeah, ok.” Could barely focus on what Matthew Hussey was saying because you couldn’t zip it.

Stop saying “Mmhhmm” and “Yeah” every 10 seconds when interviewing people!!! It makes it unbearable to listen to. Let them speak! Engage.

Telling women to just reword and reframe internal dialogue about negative experiences from your past with men, is horrific. KC do better with these guests. Ps- men have no place in talking about women’s femininity or energy. This guy is horrid. So triggering. This man ain’t it. And he’s a dating coach? Lordyyyy we are doomed. Oh and her not wearing sunscreen? I can’t take anything she says seriously

I feel like I am doing good, but it would be intriguing to hear from someone with a son that is a MAN at 24!!!!

I love you Kristin since the Laguna Beach days, but who is the target audience for this? It’s so embarrassing to hear a mother of three and businesswoman talk about her one night stands and now your 24 y/o boy toy. I feel like it is cheapening your brand. Think about that. You and Justin are fun together but the conversation is so cringe. I think talking about your dating life is fine but spare us the details. Are you just trying to make headlines? Make your ex jealous? We all know you’re better than that. At least try to keep it somewhat classy.

I used to like her, but she’s showing more of her arrogant side every week.

I like listening to the podcast but the past 2 episodes has me thinking that I should take a break. And I do agree with some of the other reviews, you are trying to justify the age of your bf. You can date whoever you want but I do think your targeted audience is not interested in why a 24 year old is so mature. I do hope all works out!

When Kristin started this podcast, I really enjoyed it. She brought on guests like a nutritionist, a psychologist, and someone in the functional medicine field. I found her podcasts informative and very interesting. Then she did a 180 and focused most of her episodes on her dating life. While I think an occasional show about her dating life could be entertaining, it’s become anything but. From discussing all of her Raya escapades to her current boy toy, Kristin comes off very one dimensional and immature. It’s giving 18 year school girl. I used to enjoy her episodes with her bestie Justin, but the way they go on and on about how hot their SO’s are just shows how shallow and superficial they really are. Super cringe. I’m not sure who her target audience is, and I don’t think she does either which is part of the problem. If you are 22, you might love this show. I would give the show another chance if she brings on interesting guests again, but for now I have to unfollow.

Cause im almost a full decade younger than Kristen but when listening to her and Justin obnoxiously cackle when nobody says anything even remotely funny, and talk about the most vapid self indulgent stuff, i actually feel like im a bonafide genius! The conversation is truly the same as they were having back on Laguna Beach except instead of looking off into the distance at the end scene, these two performatively scream laugh into the mic so yeah …. This ones tough

These last episodes have been tough to listen to. Non-stop yammering about the 24 year old boyfriend and how serious they are after a couple months. I hope every episode going forward isn’t about the boyfriend. Boring! Bring back the old episode magic! Used to love this podcast.

I recently stumbled upon Kristin's podcast and was immediately drawn in by her unapologetic honesty and lack of filter. It's refreshing to see someone who is willing to share their life in such a raw and authentic way. I find it amusing that there are some who listen to her podcast solely to judge her life decisions - I mean, seriously, get a grip! Kristin, keep doing what you're doing and ignore the haters. Your candidness is what sets you apart and keeps me coming back for more. Cheers to living life on your own terms!
