Gah1995Only podcast I have notify meI started listening to their podcast when I saw they had Clark Morin and was instantly hooked. These guys have really changed my life with being normal guys that are having fun, doing big stuff, while being busy. Easily the best podcast to listen to no matter your taste in pods.

VilleOMSrunnerAuthenticI started listening to LIS about a year ago and was immediately hooked. What I love most about the boyz is how relatable they are. Living in Louisville, I’ve been fortunate to meet and run with Scotty and Striegel a few times. These guys are authentic, what you hear is who they are.

DMP99999Great PodcastI Enjoy listening to this group as a hobby jogger. I’ve been re-energized by these guys and their passion and enthusiasm. Scotty’s positive attitude, Daniel’s do it determination and commitment and Chris’s humor and deep knowledge of the sport. “Everyday is a beautiful day.”

hiroprotagonist2Really great running podcastI have only been running for about 2 years, but asked a friend who is an experienced marathoner if he knew of any good running pods, and he suggested this one. Love the content, love the fact that you post 2 episodes a week, love your camaraderie and your desire to compete! Listening to your second Jeff Cunningham episode had me fired up! Keep up the good work.

DeejissickGo to running Pod - it’s not even closeBoys! You’re crushing this. You’re cool down to Earth dudes. Listening to the pod feels like hanging out with friends. I listen any chance I get, in the car, on a run, when I’m lost in my thoughts, and even when I’m grading papers. Please don’t stop. Also, I love how some of you guys aren’t afraid to share your faith. I remember being on a run and I think it was Scotty or Cheston shared a thought about their faith and I just remember fist pumping mid stride. This show is an inspiration. 🤙

dclark5629Bangin’ PodCan’t believe I waited so long to give this podcast a listen. Hands down captivating from start to finish with every episode and this group of guys enjoys talking about running almost as much as they enjoy running itself. The relationship and bond the 4 of them have you can really hear through their seamless and effortless conversation. Their honesty and knowledge has enticed me to set higher running goals for myself but also helped me to dial in my WHY. Excellent work gentleman. Love it!

austinh363Great find!I stumbled upon this podcast after following one of the hosts on Strava. I’m pretty new to the running world, but happy to be getting involved. Already listened to several episodes. Love being able to support some fellow Kentucky runners, brainstorm run training, and hear about current events in the running world.

cg4567PhenomenalI know these guys personally. Couldn’t be better people both on the roads (or track) and in their family and professional lives. Glad they are sharing their wisdom with the podcast world. Even though the mood is overall light this podcast has some deep conversations with topics applicable to things far beyond running. 10/5 stars!

VannboyoThey’ve done the workSurround yourself with voices that push you to attain your goals. These guys have done that work and speak with authority on running to big goals with real responsibility. This is a podcast that teaches, entertains, and motivates. It’s one not to miss if you’ve ever thought you don’t have enough time, can’t commit, or aren’t fast enough. There’s a place for you in the running community and Chris, Cheston, Danny, and Scotty show you how to show up for yourself and your family- through running and pursuing those lofty goals.
