I have been a long time viewer of the show. It’s my safe place. My daughter and I have rewatched it at least 11 times. I love their take on things and the analysis of “trope” I had never really dug much deeper than the surface level of small town charm. Can’t wait to hear more!

I can not stress enough how great this podcast is! I listen to it every night and hearing these wonderful peoples point of view on everything is so wonderful to me! They point out things that I miss in the series and seeing what they vote for the awards is always the best part! 🪩

I just stumbled upon this podcast in time for my yearly rewatch, and it’s really good. I like the hosts takes on things and find the conversations interesting. One small bone to pick, though: I am halfway through the first season, and I really hope at some point soon they stop mispronouncing Sookie and Doose’s Market.

They seem like lovely ladies but they have horrible memories as to what has actually happened. They seemed to think Lorelei invited herself on the Yale trip but Richard asked Rory to invite her mother along in the kitchen. It just drives me crazy that they can’t seem to remember what has happened.

Love this podcast so much! The podcast provides an in depth analysis of each episode of the Gilmore Girls and both podcasters point out such interesting and introspective points about the show! Also love how calming their voices are. So happy this podcast exists 💫

I stumbled across the podcast a couple months ago and fell in love! The hosts have so many fun segments and awards, but it adds to the detailed discussion of the episode rather than detracting. I find myself not only seeing episodes from another perspective but often learning something. One of the better Gilmore Girls rewatch podcasts I listened to.

Sorry…I tried. Just got bored as they rambled on. Seem like nice enough ladies, who like GG, but found the podcast dragged and was just annoying to listen to. The points that were dissected to death were uninteresting and felt like a lot of naval gazing over-analysis. Not the best sounding voices for a podcast also. It’s really misnamed…I know it’s a nod to GG’s fast-talking…but theirs, ironically…drones on. Maybe I’m not their demographic, possibly younger women will relate more.

What a fun podcast and clever title. It was so fun to participate in Gilmore Girls March Madness, which is far superior than the basketball one if we’re being honest! ✨☕️

This is a must for all Gilmore Girls lovers! I’ve watched the series tens of times through, and this pod gives a chance to dive even deeper and appreciate it all in whole new light! The hosts are funny and entertaining, and would be a hit in Stars Hallow! 10/10!

Suzanne and Alexis’s discussions are amusing, thoughtful, and never boring. This is coming from someone who doesn’t usually like longer podcasts. Their great senses of humor and deep insight on life makes the podcast not just fun but also soothing. I love Gilmore Girls and I’ve always enjoyed in-depth discussions about my favorite shows/films/books, so listening to this podcast is something I look forward to every week. Like an hour-long vacation from my chaotic life. 10/10.

Watching a show is usually a backdrop for crafting for me so I miss more than I absorb. But I wanted a different experience in watching Gilmore Girls. My adult daughter watches it repeatedly and seemed interested in my giving it a try. I experimented with watching an episode then listening to a podcast. After trying several podcasts, Talking Fast has proven to be my favorite! There’s structural elements to each episode with room for improvisation. I especially appreciate the explanation of cultural references like the, “Here’s Johnny” remark in episode 11. Because of my age (ahem, 68) I associate that remark with Johnny Carson so it made so sense whatsoever! I’m looking forward to hearing y’all again on January 4th. Happy holidays! I like the focused discussions on the stories and characters - little wandering off topic. Suzanne is soft-spoken, and they seem a bit unprepared (they sometimes appear to be winging it), but they are new at this and getting better. I’m eager for them to use their post graduate literature knowledge to analyze story lines and character arcs to provide a more in-depth understanding.

Like many people I love to watch Gilmore Girls in the fall and I was happy to discover a recap podcast that coincides with my annual rewatch! I like the different segments and the hilarious made-up ads! I’ve noticed the episodes get better and better as the hosts do more recaps, so I’m excited to listen along as they continue to develop the pod. Last but not least... I’m so on this Anti-Dean train 😂

If you love Gilmore Girls or are just getting into it, this podcast is awesome! It feels SO cozy and the hosts definitely have a lot of fun with this! I really love how they also break things down and analyze how the show hits differently 20 years later. Perfect balance of geeking out and just having a good time. Definitely recommend!

That’s what listening to the first episode made me feel like; as if I were in a dental appointment and need teeth pulled. There is zero “fast talking”. The hosts have little to no chemistry between them and the one girl trails off too many times to count while attempting to make a point while the other attempts to fill the dead air gap w “I agree”. She agrees about every other sentence w the other hosts trailed off rant…rant is definitely too generous a word…more like spoken thought that was better left unsaid because it adds nothing to anything and goes nowhere. Speak into the mic; are you recapping or analyzing and if analyzing then you two need to make actual points and have an actual discussion as to why or how you arrived there, aka actual discourse.
